Hello Parents! Sorry I didn't email last week. We ran out of time. Last week was good though. We went to the beach
and played in the sand and then sat and visited for a while. The whole zone was there so that we could say farewell to Sister
Crane who left for home. Well technically she will still be in Africa for another two weeks because her parents came to take
her home, and they decided it would be fun to take a tour of South Africa, and part of Africa. How cool is that. I think it's
way cool.
Well, missionary work here is all right. I am finding it a little frusrating though because people don't keep there
appointments so most of the day is spent tracting or going into shops and contacting people. That is called OYMing, or Opening
Your Mouth. I love it though, the people here are nice. If only we could get them to keep their appointments.
Sister Balyejusa and I actually have a very nice lady we are teaching. Her name is Gloria. I have faith that she will
be baptized. Actually maybe the whole family because the husband is interested in hearing about our church and the oldest
daughter loves to read from the Book of Mormon. The two younger kids are too young yet, but Gloria always has them sit and
listen during the discussion, and they do to the best of their ability.
Well that's about all I have to report. Tell Grammy Happy B-Day for me. I will also email her. It sounds like the party
you held for her was really nice. Gramma will appreciate that day for the rest of her life. She holds those special occassions
dear to her heart.
Well,I love you guys. I'll write you again.
Sister Crawford
