MERRY CHRISTMAS 2004!!!

Christmas 2004. This is Sterling's first Christmas. He will be five-and-a-half months old. |

Hope your Christmas season is going well. Remember what this time of year is all about: reflecting upon the birth
and life of Jesus Christ. We give gifts to show our love and as a representation of that Eternal Gift that Christ gave
to each and every one, that of the Atonement. We need not buy expensive things of little, true consequence, though.
Gifts should be from the heart and mean something... not just something that will be forgotten in a few days.
Note from Brandon:
I am totally against the overcommercialization of Christmas that has occurred here in the United States. I believe
wholeheartedly that it has gotten out of hand.
I think Mitch Albom of the Detroit Free Press (also author of Tuesdays with Morrie and The Five People You
Meet in Heaven) wrote the perfect column that explains how I feel on the subject. It can be found here.
